摘要
Abstract
In order to select and breed new polyploidy Lycium Chinense Miller cultivars used as medicine and food,the seeds of diploid wolfberry Changxuan 1,soft branch type,were intermittently treated in the mixed solution of 0.05％ colchicine and 2％ dimethyl sulfoxide.Through M1selfed and M2selection,Tianjing 3,a polyploidy Lycium Chinense Miller cuhivar,was successfully developed.Tianjing 3 not only possessed powerful chromosome polyploidy growth superiority but also had the characteristics of immunity to aceria pallida keifer,highly resistance to powdery mildew and root rot,excellent nutritional value and health care functions.The cultivar got through the identification of experts in the field in October 2009.关键词
