隔药饼灸对慢性支气管炎模型大鼠血清IgG、IgA水平的影响
The effects of herbal-cake separated moxibustion on the levels of serum immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A in rats with chronic bronchitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Herbal-cake separated moxibustion on serum immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin A (IgA) in chronic bronchitis.Methods 48 specific pathogen-free Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,herbal-cake separated group and nuclear casein liquid group.The chronic bronchitis model was established by improved fumigation and the contents of serum IgG and IgA were tested by immunoturbidimetry.Results Compared with the model group,contents of IgG and IgA in herbal-cake separated moxibustion group and nuclear casein liquid group were significantly increased (P＜0.05).The contents of IgG and IgA in herbal-cake separated moxibustion group were higher than those of nuclear casein liquid group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Herbal-cake separated moxibustion can improve contents of serum IgG and IgA in chronic bronchitis rats and has the function of improving immunity and then anti-infection ability of chronic bronchitis patients.关键词
