灵芝胶囊治疗鹅膏毒蕈中毒69例临床观察
69 cases of Amanita mushroom poisoning treated by Ganoderma Capsule
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Ganoderma Capsule on amanita mushroom poisoning and protecting organs.Methods From 2009 to 2011,69 cases of acute Amanita mushroom poisoning were divided into 3 groups according to the degree of poisoning:15 patients in mild symptom group,22 patients in moderate symptom group and 32 patients in severe symptoms group.3 groups were all given Ganoderma Capsule and clinical effects were observed.Severe symptom group was set up as the treatment group and compared to the control group which was 34 patients with severe symptoms treated by ganoderma decoction in records between 2002 to 2005.The clinical curative effects,the levels of serum total bilirubin (STB),bile acid (BA),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase (ALT) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (AST) were observed.Results The patients' clinical symptoms were quickly relieved in 3 recent groups; the levels of STB,BA,ALT and AST had transient increase but returned normal immediatly.The therapeutic effects in treatment group had no significant superiority to those in control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ganoderma Capsule is as effective as ganoderma decoction in treating acute Amartita mushroom poisoning.It can replace ganoderma decoction in clinical.关键词
