摘要

Abstract

Using numerical simulation and orthogonal test,the injection molding process is simulated and analyzed.Then,the order of process parameters on warpage values and the optimum process parameters combination are obtained.The experimental results showed that the effect of process parameters on warpage values were packing press,melt temperature,mold temperature,injection time,packing time and cooling time,and the influence of packing pressure and melt temperature was more obvious.The optimum parameter combination is:the mold temperature is 75 ℃,the melt temperature is 225 ℃,the injection time is 1.3 s,the packing time is 10 s,the packing pressure is 48 MPa and the cooling time is 2 s.The warpage value is 0.089 3 with the optimum parameters simulated by Moldflow,and the value is smaller than that of the orthogonal test,which shows the optimum parameters gained by range analysis are effective.
