Study on AMB-1 Growth and Magnetism Generation Capacity by Submerged Liquid Cultivation
摘要
Abstract
AMB-1 was cultured by submerged liquid cultivation.Different parameters including bottling amount,iron source and concentration,carbon source and concentration,nitrogen source and concentration and the proportion of mixed carbon source were investigated on the effects of AMB-1 growth and magnetism generation capacity.Results indicated that AMB-1 could grow steadily and synthesize magnetosomes under all parameters,but carbon source and nitrogen source both had great influence on AMB-1 growth.AMB-1 couldn't use tartaric acid,sodium acetate and citric acid as single carbon source except succinic acid,and NaNO3 was the optimal nitrogen source.These results provided referencable data for application and dissemination of magnetosomes production by AMB-1 under common experimental conditions.关键词
