重庆煤制备高质量分数水煤浆的工艺条件
Technological conditions of preparing high mass fraction coal-water slurry with Chongqing coal

Abstract
The premise of the coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process is the preparation of high mass fraction coal-water slurry,which is significantly affected by the properties of feedstock coal.The technological conditions of preparing the high mass fraction coal-water slurry by using the coal from Chongqing Wansheng Youfang Coal Mine were explored.The features of feedstock coal were firstly identified by industrial analysis and element analysis.The effects of different additive,additive mass,and pH value on the performance of coal-water slurry were investigated.The results show that the feedstock coal has a good slurry performance,and the maximum slurry mass fractions by using the three kinds of additives all reach 72%,which meets the requirement of Texaco coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process.Comparing the three kinds of additives,naphthalene additive A matches best with Chongqing coal,and has the characteristics of the highest slurry mass fraction and the best fluidity,while the stability is between additive B and C.The optimum conditions for additive A are as follows:the additive mass fraction is 0.35%,the pH value is 8-9,and the mass ratio of coal particles 100-200 mesh and those larger than 200 mesh is 1 ∶ 3.关键词
