摘要

Abstract

A method to estimate dynamic milling force was proposed,in which overall milling forces were separated into the constant and the time-varied components.A frequency-dividing method was proposed to estimate the waveforms of milling forces after the real current and milling force signals were analyzed.The driving current was firstly separated into several components by different frequencies,and the estimated value of the milling forces were achieved by synthesizing different force components estimated by the corresponding current components.Experimental results show that this method is effective in estimating dynamic milling forces.
