摘要

Abstract

Cellulose as the main structural and component of plant cell wall is the most abundant renewable resource in nature.However,cellulose utilization is extremely difficult because of the chemical and physical complexity of plant cell walls.Cellulase is an efficient approach for degradation of cellulose.Recently,Cellulases assembly (cellulosome) has promoted the exploitation of enzyme synergism.Thereby,recent research status in degradation of cellulose including cellulase and cellulosome were reviewed in this paper.
