南阳黑猪与栾川黑猪的种群遗传关系研究
Genetic Relationship between Nanyang Black Pig and Luanchuan Black Pig

Abstract
Ten microsatellite markers were applied to analyze the genetic basis of Nanyang black pig and Luanchuan black pig.The parameters such as average observed allele numbers,average effective allele numbers,average polymorphism information content,the average expected heterzygosity,the average observed heterozygosity,genetic similarity coefficient and genetic distance were calculated,and T-test was conducted.The results showed that 116 and 88 alleles were detected in 46 Nanyang black pigs and 30 Luanchuan black pigs by ten microsatellite markers,respectively,with an average of 11.6 and 8.8 alleles per locus respectively.The T-test analysis for each genetic parameter showed significant difference between Nanyang black pigs and Luanchuan black pigs (P＜0.01).The genetic similarity coefficient of two populations was 0.7317 and the genetic distance was 0.3124.These results indicated that the two populations may belong to different breeds for the obvious genetic differentiation.关键词
