金刚石绳锯中串珠基体铜镀层与钴基工作层之间结合性能分析
Analysis on bonding property between copper coating and cobalt-base work layer of diamond bead

Abstract
The effect of copper coating thickness on the bonding force between the cobalt-base work layer and the bead matrix is studied.In order to characterize the combination between the work layer and the bead matrix,a detection apparatus is designed to measure the bonding force.An electron probe micro-analyzer (EPMA) is used to observe the microstructure of the interface and detect the elements distribution in the interface field.A scanning electron microscope (SEM) is applied to observe the morphology of the work layer stripping surface.Results show that the bonding property between the cobalt-base work layer and the bead matrix is largely improved by coating copper on the bead matrix.The shearing force and bonding strength between the cobaltbase work layer and the bead matrix increase with the increase of copper coating thickness.Compared with the case of no copper coating,the values of the shearing force and bonding strength respectively increase by 20.9%-35.4% and 31.1%-57%.关键词
