Abstract
Composite grains with a core-shell structure are developed,in which α-Al2O3 is the core and the CeO2 containing Ce3+ is the shell.Firstly,α-Al2 O3 is covered by the cerium nitrate which is desiccated by the infra-red.Then,this covered α-Al2O3 is calcined to be composite grains,and their structure is confirmed by the SEM and XRD.The amount of CeO2 in the composite gains is less than 2%,which is proved by the electron probe microanalysis and semi quantitative spectrometric analysis.Moreover,the particle size of d50 is about 2 μm by laser particle size analyzer.关键词
