一种基于3G和3S技术的国土资源动态监察系统
A DYNAMIC MONITORING SYSTEM FOR LAND AND RESOURCES BASED ON 3G AND 3S TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
In light of the dynamic monitoring and management challenges confronted currently in law enforcement and supervision works in regard to country land and resources,we present a 3G and 3S technology-based land and resources dynamic monitoring system.The system uses hierarchical structure to build its overall architecture,adopts the workflow-based cooperation office technology and the technologies of heterogeneous data exchange and integration.The comprehensive application and demonstration have been carried out in Chengdu.Based on this architecture,the law enforcement and supervision management system for the land of Chengdu is developed and established.This system has been promoted and applied in Chengdu City and to its affiliated 20 districts (municipalities or counties).Results show that the promotion and application of the system effectively leash the occurrence of illegal and irregular land use.It facilitates the standardised,efficient and normalised law enforcement and supervision works,and curtails the office costs as well.关键词
