抗震救灾医疗后送评估指标体系与模型设计
Evaluation index system and model design for medical evacuation during earthquake reliefs
摘要
Abstract
The study was based on the system theory.The key indicators of each link of medical evacuations for the sick and wounded and the key elements that reflect the support capacity were analyzed based on a scientific definition of medical evacuations.Furthermore,the eva-luation index system was constructed and the formulae and calculation model were defined.This paper provides important data for simulation and optimization of medical evacuations.关键词
