摘要

Abstract

Introduced the drive principle of drawing hoist at first,then established the whole hoist model with PRO/E,imported the model to ADAMS with the use of general format parasolid file.Built the constraint and load,the virtual prototype model was formed.Got the time domain and frequency range chart of the all levels gear meshing force and the rotate speed of every transmission parts from the simulation.Through the comparison with the theoretical value,the accuracy and practicability of the virtual prototype was verified,and the factor of error caused was analyzed,could provide reliable basis for the deeply analysis and research.
