摘要

Abstract

The application of the pinion shaft by cross wedge rolling technology not only has high production efficiency,low material waste and high strength of the pinion shaft forming.Using the Deform,studies the impact of the temperature of the workpiece,the number of gear,modulus,and the velocity of the die movement,and reference diameter on the quality of pinion shaft during cross wedge rolling,concludes the order of the importance of various factors and the influence law of various factors on the tooth forming quality.
