基于正交试验的麻花钻钻削钛合金的刃磨参数选择
Grinding parameters selection of twist drills drilling titanium alloy based on orthogonal experiment
摘要
Abstract
Twist drill is one of the important hole machining tools,however,the rapid wear of the drill restricting the hole processing quality and efficiency.Based on product sampling drilling and orthogonal experiment,a comprehensive analysis of the grinding parameters of high-speed steel twist drill drilling titanium alloy is conducted,flute in different vertex angle has the impact on the drilling process is discussed.The results show that the chips as the vertex angle increases,chips break more easily; open flute at both ends of the chisel edge,axial force can be reduced,and is conductive to prevent the wear of the blade band,improving the processing efficiency.关键词
