悬臂式掘进机回转台可靠性研究
Reliability analysis of boom-type roadheader rotary table
摘要
Abstract
The rigid-flex coupled model of a certain type roadheader was established based on a co-simulation virtual prototype frame,the simulation programme in different conditions of cutting pick momentary load was worked out,the analysis of prototype simulation showed that the stress and deformation of the key components were different when the cutting head in a different starting position,the greatest dynamic stress of the rotary table led to its longitudinal deformation,the intense vibration of the rotary table impacted the stability of operating mechanism,the rotary table was optimized according to the simulation results,the stress characteristics and the fatigue life of the rotary table can meet the application requirements.关键词
