摘要

Abstract

A system for inspecting seal character encoding based on machine vision technology is introduced.The software of inspection system is developed with LabVIEW,a kind of virture instrument development bench.The automatic identification and sequence test for seal character encoding can be made by the inspection system,which can be used to replace the traditional manual visual inspection.Presents a Optical Character Recognition (OCR) method based on Region of Interest (ROI) intelligent adjusting and multi template matching,by which the success rate of inspection on seal character encoding can be improved.The practical application proves that the inspection system can meet the requirement of mass production in accuracy,efficiency and stability.
