摘要

Abstract

The involute helical gear with high speed meshed in high frequency and transmitted high-power.In order to make the high-speed gear box work in reposeful mode and reduce the engaging-in/out attack because of the load and aberration during manufacturing or install operation.Besides,for the purpose of the low noise and favourable lubrication,the tooth profile modification appeared important.Constructed model by Pro/E,then leaded it in ANSYS-Workbench to simulate by the interface routine,so it could get the parameter for tooth profile modification.Confirmed by ANSYS-Workbench,after tooth profile modification,the peak value of von-mises stress raised slightly,but the contact stress had been reduced sharply,furthermore,the interference disappeared,thus it could improve the performance of gear effectively.
