Application of SSR Molecular Marker to Purity Identification of New Hybrid Upland Rice

Abstract
600 SSR primers distributed in 12 rice chromosomes were used to analyse their complementary pattern in this study.The purity of hybrid rice seeds was identified through identifying twenty-one new combinations of hybrid upland rice and their seventeen parents and by using the Tween method to extract DNA and utilizing the molecular marks such as RM 3,RM 304 and RM 475.The results were as follows:the purity of new 1A/hanhui 3 and 603A/hanhui 25 was 98.9%,so their purity was the best; meanwhile the purity of 11 A/hanhui 29 was 87.5%,its purity was the worst among all the combinations;and the purity of other combinations was about 95 %.关键词
