纽荷尔脐橙果皮光泽型突变体贮藏性研究
A Study on Fruit Storability of Glossy Mutant of "Newhall" Navel Orange
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the storage characteristics of the glossy mutant of" Newhall" navel orange,wild-type"Newhall"navel orange,its glossy mutant and waxed navel orange were used to compare the quality and physiological change of fruit during storage.The results showed that the rotting rate of the glossy mutant of" Newhall"was lower than that of wild-type"Newhall"and waxed navel orange at the former storage,but it rotted faster after 100 days' storage.The weight loss rate,total soluble solids (TSS),titratable acidity (TA),total sugar,Vc and MDA contents of the glossy mutant of" Newhall" navel orange were higher than those of wild-type"Newhall"navel orange and the waxed navel orange during storage.It's SOD and POD activities had the same trend,which suggested the storage quality of the mutant was better than that of the wild-type"Newhall"and waxed navel orange.关键词
