摘要

Abstract

The optimum toxicity proportion of acetamiprid and pyridaben was determined by co-toxicity determination.Through screening and compounding of additives,acetamiprid · pyridaben emulsion in water was prepared by the phase transfer method.The optimum formula of acetamiprid · pyridaben EW was as fllows:acetamiprid 2%,pyridaben 8%,solvent 22% (cyclohexanone 10% xylene 12%),emulsifier 10% (42 055%,48 055 %)and water 58%,respectively.The indicators of the formula agreed fairly well with the experimentally relevant determined standards with the heat storage,cold storage and freeze-thaw cycles.The laboratory toxicity of this EW was 9.33,6.54 and 2.09 times higher than that of the original drugs of acetamiprid,pyridaben,and acetamiprid · pyridaben in laboratory test.The control effect of acetamiprid · pyridaben 10% emulsion in water against P.striolata with 40 mL/667 m2 was significantly higher than that of the control pesticides.
