10％啶虫脒·哒螨灵水乳剂的研制
Development of Acetamiprid · Pyridaben 10 ％ Emulsion in Water
摘要
Abstract
The optimum toxicity proportion of acetamiprid and pyridaben was determined by co-toxicity determination.Through screening and compounding of additives,acetamiprid · pyridaben emulsion in water was prepared by the phase transfer method.The optimum formula of acetamiprid · pyridaben EW was as fllows:acetamiprid 2％,pyridaben 8％,solvent 22％ (cyclohexanone 10％ xylene 12％),emulsifier 10％ (42 055％,48 055 ％)and water 58％,respectively.The indicators of the formula agreed fairly well with the experimentally relevant determined standards with the heat storage,cold storage and freeze-thaw cycles.The laboratory toxicity of this EW was 9.33,6.54 and 2.09 times higher than that of the original drugs of acetamiprid,pyridaben,and acetamiprid · pyridaben in laboratory test.The control effect of acetamiprid · pyridaben 10％ emulsion in water against P.striolata with 40 mL/667 m2 was significantly higher than that of the control pesticides.关键词
