摘要
Abstract
Substance P (SP) is an important member of the tachykinin family of neuropeptides,which work as a neuromodulator during bone metabolism.SP takes part in bone metabolism by affecting the activities of osteogenic stem cells and correlative cell factors.However,the effect of SP on bone formation and bone resorption remains controversy.This article reviews the effect of SP on bone metabolism.关键词
