Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A) in ovarian epithelial cancer,and to explore the role of the CIP2A in the occurrence and development of ovarian epithelial cancer.Methods The quantitative expression of CIP2A mRNA was analyzed in 45 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,22 cases of benign ovarian epithelial tumors and 20 cases normal ovary tissues using SYBR Green I real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction method.Results The relative expression level of CIP2A mRNA in the normal group,benign group and malignant group showed an increasing trend (1.00±0.01,1.69±0.53,3.51±0.72,respectively),and their difference had statistical significance (P ＜0.05).The expressions of CIP2A in epithelial ovarian cancer was associate with clinical staging,lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation (P ＜0.05),it was not statistically significant with the expression of different ages and pathological types.Conclusion CIP2A is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer,and CIP2A expression correlates with disease aggression.CIP2A may be involved in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.关键词
