人工肱骨头置换治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折

Abstract
Objective To investigate the results of humeral head replaeement for the treatment of older fractures of proximal humerus. Methods 16 patients who received humeral head replaeement were reviewed. Results All cases had heen followed up for 10 ~37 months. At the latest follow-up ASES score was 64 ~ 94( 89. 1 ±4. 5 ); Constant score was 53 ~ 95( 85. 7 ± 7. 2 ); VAS score was 0 ~ 5( 2. 7 ± 0. 6 ); forward flexion 90° ~ 150°( 128. 1 ° ± 8. 4° ), abduction 50° ~ 120°( 85° ± 10. 5° ), external rotation 30° ~ 40°( 35. 0° ± 2. 3° ), internal rotation at level L2 ~ T10 ; the total satisfaction rate for pain relief was 93. 8%( 15/16 ), and functional recovery was 87. 5%( 14/16 ). Conclusions Through strict indication control, appropriate timing, meticulous surgical techniques and long intense rehabilitation , satisfactory results can be obtained in humeral head replacement for the treatment of complicated proximal humerus fractures.关键词
