舌瓣相关舌动脉走行的CTA定位测量研究
The measurement position study of lingual artery with CTA in the central island tongue flap
摘要
Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the position and course of lingual artery,and the relationship of bilateral lingual artery using computed tomographic angiography (CTA) imaging,to provide guidance in the tongue flap,and avoid a series complications caused by bleeding because damaging the lingual artery.Method:Multi-detector row helical CTA measurement was performed on 50 adult.With mandibular ADW4.2 software,the distances between bilateral lingual artery were analyzed.Result:Lingual artery went gradually narrowed By the forward,The posterior portion between the bilateral dorsal arteries in the tongue's width was 31.42±3.82 mm when the tongue was in a resting position.It is a relatively restricted surgery zone.Conclusion:tongue without HLNVB travelling provides enough of safety space for functional surgery on the tongue.关键词
