摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore early diagnosis and early treatment of cerebral fat embolism (CFE).Methods The clinical data of two patients with the brain trauma and CFE treated in my hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results MRI showed multiple mottling isointense on T1-weighted images and hyperintense on T2-weighted images in the both sides of the cerebral hemispheres,the oval center,basal ganglia and brain stem,with hyperintense on fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI).The clotting mechanism also changed in this period.Conclusion The cerebral fat embolism could be early diagnosed due to the clotting mechanism and MRI as soon as possible,so that patients could receive effective treatment.关键词
