帕金森病脑深部刺激治疗对认知和抑郁状态影响的队列研究
Assessment of clinical effect on cognition and depression of subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation for Parkinson' s disease (a cohort study)

Abstract
Objective To access the clinical effect on cognition and depression of Parkinson' s disease (PD) patients treated by the subthalamic nucleus (STN) deep brain stimulation (DBS).Methods 27 PD patients were followed up in a week before and 6 months after the STN-DBS treatment.Results Six months after surgery,the postoperative cognitive level was significant positive correlation with the preoperative cognitive level and the improvement of motor symptoms.The improvement of depression was positive correlation with the preoperative depression level and the improvement of motor symptoms.Conclusions With strict indications limited,STN-DBS may improve the cognitive function in a part of PD patients,and not aggravated the depression.关键词
