摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize experience of using frameless stereotaxy in neurosurgical operation.Methods The clinical data of 46 patients underwent frameless stereotactic neurosurgery,and especial measures were taken to deal with automatic brain shift by positing labels on the boards of gliomas before resection were analyzed retrospectively.Results The deviation of frameless ranged between 1.5 ～ 2.5 mm,mean of 1.8 mm,and the targets were directly exposed by 100％,all tumors and AVMs were resected completely.Conclusion The frameless stereotaxy system (navigation) possesses the advantages of both accurate positioning and tissues identification,which can reduce operative lesions and complications,contribute a lot to minimally invasive neurosurgery.关键词
