摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by neuroendoscopic assisted small craniotomy.Methods Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into neuroendoscopy group and craniotomy group.to compare The average surgical time,hematoma evacuation rate,the difference of the inpatient medical expenses and prognosis of ADL scores of two groups were compared for analysis of surgical treatment.Results The mean operative time of neuroendoscopy group was significantly shorter than that of craniotomy group.The average hematoma clearance rate of neuroendoscopy group was significantly higher than that of craniotomy group.The average cost of hospitalization of neuroendoscopy group was significantly lower than that of craniotomy group.The prognosis of neuroendoscopy group was better than that of craniotomy group,the mortality rate of neuroendoscopy group was significantly lower than that of craniotomy group.Conclusions Neuroendoscopy assisted craniectomy has a shorter operative time,a higher clearance rate,a lower of hospital medical expenses and the advantages of ADL outcome score than conventional large trauma craniotomy decompression surgery.关键词
