308 nm准分子激光与308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风的对照研究
Comparison of 308 nm Excimer Laser and 308 nm Excimer Lamp in Treatment of Vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare differences in clinical efficacy and safety between 308 nm excimer laser and 308 nm excimer lamp in treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 62 patients with vitiligo (260 lesions) were randomly divided into two groups.One patient was treated with the 308 nn excimer laser for left lesions (group A) and 308 nm excimer lamp for right lesions (group B).Both groups were treated twice a week for 15 weeks.Results The total effective rates and excellence rates were 96.1％ and 32.3％ in group A,and 93.2％ and 28.8％ in group B respectively,and the differences were not statistically significant (P ＞0.05) ; curative effects of face-neck area in two groups were significantly better than those of other areas (P ＜ 0.05) ; curative effects of body were significantly better than those of limbs and acras (P ＜0.05) ; curative effects of limbs were better than those of acras,and there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy and safety between 308 nm excimer laser and 308 nm excimer lamp in treatment of vitiligo,and the two methods are effective and safe.308nm excimer laser treatment is lesions of the peripheral tissue injury.关键词
