玻璃体手术治疗开放性眼外伤无光感眼的临床探讨
Vitrectomy in treatment of open globe injuries with non-light perception vision
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognosis of globe injuries with non-light perception vision treated with vitrectomy.Methods Fifteen cases (15 eyes) of open globe injury with non-light perception vision were treated with urgent vitrectomy.Clinical outcomes were analyzed.Results Eleven eyes treated with vitrectomy achieved anatomical reattachment of the retina.Two patients obtained light perception or hand motion vision,one patient obtained counting finger vision,and one patient obtained visual acuity of 0.05.Conclusion Vitrectomy is an effective treatment for open globe injury with non-light perception vision.Vitrectomy can produce anatomic reattachment of the retina in most cases and can restore certain functional vision in some cases.In addition,it also helps maintain the facial appearance for those who has completely lost vision and needs cosmetic surgeries in the near future.关键词
