儿童重症眼眶蜂窝织炎病因分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the etiology and risk factors of children's severe orbital cellulitis.Methods Medical records of 53 cases of severe orbital cellulitis that were admitted by Shenzhen Children's Hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Severe orbital cellulitis appeared to peak in May and November in children.White blood cell count and C-reactive protein were 19.2 ± 3.9 × 109/L and 54.2 ± 6.1 mg/L respectively.Staphylococcus aureus is still the major pathogens found in patients'blood,abscess or secretions.While the most important risk factors are sinusitis (52.8％) and upper respiratory infection (26.4％).Conclusion Treatment targeted on etiologies and risk factors is the most effective way to manage severe orbital cel-lulitis in children.关键词
