摘要

Abstract

MIMO radar can use the monopulse angle measurement with amplitude comparison of sum and difference beams behind the matched filtering to measure the direction of departure(DOD) when transmitting orthogonal signals.Generally,the orthogonal signals are strictly orthogonal.However,they are more likely to be non-strictly orthogonal in fact.Here we will distinguish them from their definitions.When the signals are non-strictly orthogonal,the shapes of the left,right,and centre beams in the monopulse angle measurement method will be deteriorated seriously,and that will bring large errors to this method.Through analysis of the cross-correlation matrix of signals,we find the error reasons and propose a solving method to achieve the high accuracy measurement of this algorithm.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
