Abstract
In this study,anther culture features of 60 genotypes with better agronomic traits were compared and analyzed,the results were as follows:(1) Callus induction rate,green seedling differentiation rate and anther culture ability appeared to be highly significant among different genotypes.(2)The callus induction rate and the green seedling differentiation rate were strongly positive correlated to anther culture ability,the correlation of callus induction rate and green seedling differentiation rate did not reach significant level.(3) Callus induction rate,green seedling differentiation rate and anther culture ability had significant linear relationship,the effect of callus induction on anther culture ability was greater than the green seedling differentiation.(4) The tested genotypes were clustered into different groups.We have acquired different genotypes with high callus induction rate or high green seedling differentiation rate or high anther culture ability.关键词
