江津地区老年2型糖尿病患者皮肤病发病情况及相关因素分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of skin disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Jiangjin of Chongqing.Methods and materials Two hundred and twenty-six type 2 diabetic elderly patients were analyzed for prevalence and characteristics of skin diseases as well as associated risk factors.Results The overall prevalence of skin disease in type 2 diabetic elderly patients was 83.7％.The 3 most common skin diseases were fungal infection (31.9％)、eczema (11.9％) and pruritus (7.9％).Multi-factor non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that diabetic complication (OR =4.54),hypertension (OR =1.81) and dyslipidemia (OR =1.67) were major associated risk factors of skin disease in type 2 diabetic elderly patients.Conclusions Infection and eczema are common dermatological abnormality in type 2 diabetic elderly patients in Jiangjin of Chongqing.Major risk factors,diabetic complication,hypertension and dyslipidemia,should be prevented or treated to reduce the prevalence of skin disease in these patients.关键词
