油茶水浸液对桔梗种子的化感效应
Allelopathy effects of aqueous extracts from Camellia oleifera on seed germination of Platycodon grandiflorus
摘要
Abstract
This paper examined the allelopathy effects of aqueous extracts from Camellia oleifera on seed germination and seedling growth of Platycodon grarwliflorus with different concentrations (0.005,0.010,0.020,0.030 and 0.040 g/mL).The results showed that the low concentration of aqueous extract from Camellia oleifera could promote seed germination and seedling growth.As the centration increased,the stimulating effects decreased,and even changed into inhibition.The resuits indicated that low concentration of aqueous extract from Camellia oleifera enhanced the root length and shoot height growth of Platycodon grandiflorus,and 0.010 g/mL treatment exhibited the optimalist allelopathic promotion effect.关键词
