Effect of Ultra-Violet Curable Paint on Coating Properties of Wood Flooring
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of an ultra-violet (UV) coating used on Pometia wood flooring substrates,the authors investigated the effect of a UV curing lacquer paint film on adhesion,abrasion resistance,hardness,and flexibility of the coating.The results showed that as the coating weight increased,adhesion and flexibility decreased,but abrasion resistance increased.The optimum coating weight of the UV coating for Pometia wood flooring substrates was between 120 to 160 g/m2.关键词
