摘要

Abstract

Ideal kapok fiber volume blending ratio in nonwoven fusible interlining was researched.Needling punching and thermal bonding nonwoven technology was used to manufacture kapok nonwoven fusible interlining.Properties of nonwoven fusible interlining with different kapok fiber volume blending ratios were tested,including strength and elongation,shrinkage,wear-resistance,bending rigidity and air permeability.Borda-number method was used to analyze the relationship between comprehensive performance of the nonwoven and kapok fiber volume blending.The result shows as the kapok fiber volume blending ratio increases,the strength and elongation,wear-resistance and bending rigidity of the nonwoven fusible interlining is reduced.The trend of shrinkage is decreasing.The air permeability is reduced then increased.It is considered property of nonwoven fusible interlining is better when the volume blending ratio of kapok fiber is 67%.
