摘要

Abstract

Structure and property change of cotton fabric treated by microwave were discussed.Cotton fabric with different moisture content was radiated by microwave.Effect of microwave radiation on cotton fabric breaking strength,crystallinity,whiteness and surface structure were tested and analyzed.The result shows that chemical structure of cotton fabric is not effected obviously by microwave,the crystallinity and breaking strength of the fabric are reduced gradually.Damage of wet fabric surface is more serious than that of dry fabric surface by scanning electron microscopy.Whiteness of fabric with different moisture content is reduced obviously and changed into yellow.It is pointed out that wet fabric is much more affected by microwave than that of dry fabric.
