Production of Siro Cotton Spandex Core-spun Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Processing of siro cotton spandex core-spun yarn was discussed.Spinning frame was modified for siro spinning processing.Processing parameter in each process was selected rationally and necessary management measures were adopted.29 tex siro cotton spandex core-spun yarn can be spun successfully,the yarn evenness CV can be reduced 0.5 percentage points,hairiness can be reduced 20.6％,single yarn strength can be increased 13％,covering effect can be improved,loom efficiency can be improved 5％.It is considered that it is one effective measure to increase cotton spandex core-spun yarn quality by adopting siro spinning processing.关键词
