摘要

Abstract

Key points of producing coconut charcoal modified polyester fiber cotton blended yarn union fabric were discussed.Coconut charcoal modified polyester fiber cotton blended yam was selected as warp,shengma yam was used as weft.Sliver blending processing was adopted in production and the problem of color difference was solved.Principle of lighter sizing,more soakage,middle coverage was adopted in sizing process.Through research in weaving process,problems of weaving difficulty and physical indexes hard to control was solved.Finally loom efficiency can be reached 97%,loom stop rate caused by warp is 2.5%,the first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 97.5%.Ultraviolet protection of the fabric is better.
