自吸式反应器的数值模拟及在酵母发酵中的应用
CFD simulation of gas-inducing reactor and its application in yeast production
摘要
Abstract
The gas-liquid two-phase flow and mass transfer in the self-inducing reactor were studied in terms of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation and experiments of yeast fermentation.CFD results showed that fluid flow and gas-liquid mass transfer in gas-inducing reactor were strengthened with the adding of the gas distributor.For yeast fermentation at the same process conditions,the average yield increased by 23.64% in self-inducing reactor with the gas distributor.关键词
