Development and application technology of the mass customization furniture
摘要
Abstract
Through the changes in the development status of furniture industry and manufacturing patterns,the development trend of furniture industry information technology and furniture industry manufacturing model change under industrialization in China were analyzed,and a new model of furniture industry information for a large-scale custom production was proposed.Furthermore,comparative analysis of mass custom furniture,conventional mass and traditional custom distinction was carried out.On this basis,the guiding ideology and development goals of large-scale custom furniture were determined.Large-scale customization furniture development technology system was investigated in detail.The technical system included product development design system of large-scale customization furniture,mass customization furniture manufacturing and process planning system,and information management technology for the full life cycle of mass customization furniture.关键词
