摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the safety and quality of wheat and its products,the status of pesticides residue and metabolism and the control strategies of pesticide residues in wheat were discussed.The monitored residue levels of organophosphorus,organochlorine,and other pesticides was found to be lower than Maximum Residue Limits (MRL) standards in wheat and its products.Few reports concern with studies of pesticides metabolic transformation in wheat.The control strategies of pesticide residues in wheat were proposed,including the strengthening legislation,establishment of the efficient integrated control system,the pesticide residue monitoring,supervision and inspection.These could provide the basis for pesticide safe and scientific application and the production of wheat products with high quality.
