摘要

Abstract

A bacterium strain designated as J3,able to degrade quinclorac efficiently,was isolated from soil with long-term application of quinclorac by enrichment culture method.Base on biochemicalphysiological identification and sequence analysis of the 16S rDNA,strain J3 was identified as Alcaligenes sp..At initial quinclorac concentration of 100 mg/L and J3 inoculation quantity of 4%,more than 70% of quinclorac was degraded in 6 days at pH 7 and temperature of 30 ℃.At J3 inoculation quantity of 4%,temperature of 25 ℃,quinclorac concentration of 25 % of its recommendation dose,the rehabilitation rate of the potted tobacco reached 69 %.
