摘要

Abstract

With glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent,low generation of polyamidoamine dendrimers were cross-linked to the microfiber synthetic leather base which was appropriate hydrolyzed.By the method of one-factor experimental design,some correlative factors such as pH,the dosage of crosslinking agent and PAMAM,reaction temperature and time which influenced the water vapor permeability of microfiber synthetic leather base were investigated.The results indicated that the best modified condition was:pH:6-8,the dosage of glutaraldehyde 15% (according to base weight),the mole ratio of glutaraldehyde and PAMAM 1:1.2,reaction time of glutaraldehyde 2h,reaction time of PAMAM 2h,reaction temperature 35℃.Under the optimal condition of modified microfiber synthetic leather,the water vapor permeability was improved by 96.72% than untreated base.
