橡胶树三倍体种质创制及生物学鉴定
Creation and Biological Identification of Triploid Germplasm in Rubber Tree

Abstract
In this research,the triploid germplasm of rubber tree was artificially induced and identified by the morphological,cytological and molecular biological methods.The results showed that the homozygous triploid rubber gerrnplasm was obtained by hybridizing the diploid gamate (2n)induced during reproductive phase with normal haploid gamate(1n),and the asexual offspring was stable in ploidy.The chromosome number in the somatic cells of the offspring was 2n=3x=54,and the percentage of triploid cells was up to 91.5%.The results from the RAPD and POD showed that the triploid rubber germplasm had great affiliation with Reyan 7-33-97 and RRIM600.It could be concluded that Reyan 7-33-97 and RRIM600 were the crossing parents of this triploid rubber germplasm..关键词
