硫化铋纳米管的制备及性能研究
Study on Preparation and Properties of Bismuth Sulfide Nanotubes

Abstract
Bismuth sulfide nanotubes were synthesized from NaBiS2 precursor by hydrothermal method.The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM),UV-visible-near infrared spectrophotometer (UV-Vis-NIR) and fluorescence spectrophotometer (PL).The results show that the as-prepared samples are pure phase Bi2S3 with orthogonal structure.The morphologies of products are influenced by the molar ratio of reactants,the reaction temperature and time.It is found that the growth of Bi2S3 nanotubes involves a solid-solution-solid transformation procedure.UV-visible-near-infrared absorption spectrum shows that Bi2S3 nanotubes have strong absorption of photos with wavelength shorter than 900 nm.The Bi2S3 nanotubes have a stronger fluorescence emission peak at 778 nm excited by the wavelength of 519 nm.关键词
