摘要
Abstract
Objective To vestigate the topical application of zinc sulfadiazine combined with iodophor for II degree burns wound healing. Methods 120 patients with partial-thickness burn wound admitted in our hospital from March 2009 to October 2010 were involved,and 120 patients were divided into three groups with random allocation; zinc sulfadiazine groupNzinc sulfadiazine combined with iodophor group、iodophor group. Observated the course、cure rate、 appearance 、recovery of function of the patients on the 15 days、30 days、3 months 、6 months. Results The zinc sulfadiazine combined with iodophor group were lower than the other group, which showed difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion The application of zinc sulfadiazine combined with iodophor can shorten ength of stay, cut down cost of hospitalization, elevate quality of patient's life.关键词
